The purchase of a home is your greatest single investment. Your decision to purchase a home may be clouded by emotion or the stress of closing and move in. Frequently, home buyers are not aware of needed repairs that may limit the property's value and future marketability. These repairs may cost you thousands of dollars in the future.

We recommend that you have a home inspection clause in every offer to purchase real estate. A home inspection will provide you with the knowledge you need to negotiate repairs and/or a reduction in the sale price. In addition, after receiving the inspection report you may decide the property does not meet your qualifications and avoid falling into a MONEY PIT investment.

New Construction / Phase Inspections

Inspections for new homes can be custom tailored to fit the home buyer. We offer new construction inspections starting from the foundation up!

BUYERS BEWARE
of purchasing new homes as well as older homes. New or old, every offer to purchase real estate should contain the inspection clauses to allow you to properly and objectively evaluate the real estate purchase.
